1 General Provisions

j7win ("Company", "we", "us") provides online gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a valid and binding agreement for each user.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or identity document is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in closure of all accounts.

3.2 Information Required at Registration

• Full legal name (as per national identity card)
• Active mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (must be 21 years or older)
• Preferred payment method

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Sharing your password or account access with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact j7win support immediately.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

j7win follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to operate a safe and reliable platform.

4.1 Acceptable Documents for Verification

• National Identity Card (NID) — clear images of both sides
• First page of a valid passport
• Driving license (where applicable)

4.2 Verification Requirements

j7win may request account verification in any of the following situations:

• Before the first withdrawal
• For transactions involving large amounts
• When unusual activity is detected on an account
• As part of a routine security review

If verification documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods are available for depositing funds into j7win: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method)
• Only your own payment method may be used on the account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be forfeited.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

j7win offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 10 times (10x) the bonus amount.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple people from the same household or device cannot claim the welcome bonus.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Winnings earned using bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirement is met.
• If an account is closed or suspended during a promotion, the bonus will be cancelled.
• j7win reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit the system will result in account cancellation.

7 Gaming Rules

All games available on the j7win platform are governed by the following rules:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
• Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game interface.
• If a technical error disrupts the outcome of a game, that bet will be cancelled and the stake will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, j7win's server logs will be considered the final evidence.
• If the internet connection is lost, the outcome of any ongoing bet will be saved on the server.

7.1 Sports Betting

The following provisions apply to betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, and other sports:

• Bets placed before a match starts ("pre-match bets") cannot be cancelled.
• If a match is officially declared cancelled by the authorities, the stake will be refunded.
• If evidence of match fixing is found, all bets on that match will be declared void.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j7win platform. Violation will result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering illegal funds is strictly prohibited.
• Fraud: Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Bot Use: Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Collusion: Attempting to defraud the system by colluding with other players.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing opposing bets or any other strategic misuse for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account.
• Hacking: Attempting to compromise the security systems of the platform.
• Playing on Behalf of Third Parties: Playing on behalf of someone else or using another person's funds.

9 Responsible Gaming

j7win believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should always be enjoyed in a controlled and responsible manner.

• j7win provides deposit limits, betting limits, or temporary break options at the user's request.

12 Limitation of Liability

• Natural disasters, cyber attacks or circumstances beyond our control ("Force Majeure").

j7win's maximum financial liability shall in no circumstances exceed the actual deposit balance held in the user's account.

13 Service Suspension & Account Closure

13.1 Suspension or Closure by j7win

j7win may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception or money laundering.
• Failure or non-cooperation in KYC verification.
• Instructions from legal authorities.

13.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. If active bonus wagering requirements have not been met before the account is closed, those bonuses will be forfeited. Any verified balance may be withdrawn provided no review is pending.

14 Dispute Resolution

The following process will be followed for any dispute between j7win and a user:

• Step 2: If the support response does not resolve the matter, you may file a formal complaint.
• Step 3: j7win may resolve the dispute through independent third-party mediation.

For all dispute resolutions, j7win's server logs, transaction records and game records will be considered final evidence. The deadline for filing a complaint is 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the incident.

15 Amendment of Terms

j7win reserves the right to change, update or completely replace these rules and terms and conditions at any time.
